The Latvian Radio Amateur League (LRAL) is opening a new free online training group in February to prepare for the upcoming radio amateur exam.
You don’t need to have any prior knowledge – we’ll teach you everything from scratch! The course covers radio technology basics, operating procedures, regulations, and practical skills.

- Latvian and international regulations
- Practical operating skills
- Exam preparation
Training takes place online via video conferencing, making it accessible from anywhere in Latvia. Classes are held in the evenings to accommodate working people.
