What is the Roundtable?
The LRAL Roundtable is a regular weekly meeting of Latvian radio amateurs on the air. It is an opportunity to meet, exchange information, discuss current topics and maintain friendly relations between radio amateurs.
Meeting Schedule
- Day: Every Sunday
- Time: 10:00 AM local time
- Frequency: 3.643 MHz (80m band)
- Mode: SSB (LSB)
Roundtable Format
The roundtable is conducted in a free format. Each participant has the opportunity to share news, ask questions, discuss technical topics or simply greet colleagues.

How to Participate?
Participation in the roundtable is open to all licensed radio amateurs. Simply tune to the specified frequency at the scheduled time and join the conversation.

Announce your call sign and join the roundtable
Roundtable Etiquette
- Always identify with your call sign
- Be courteous and respectful to all participants
- Keep transmissions reasonably brief
- Avoid controversial topics
- Follow the net control operator's instructions
Alternative Frequencies
If the primary frequency is busy or conditions are poor, the roundtable may move to an alternative frequency. Listen for announcements or check the LRAL website for updates.
